A Celebration of Excellence: RMB Udaipur’s LT 7.0 Award Night
I had the privilege of being part of a celebration that truly embodied excellence, enterprise, and fellowship. As I stood before the gathering, I felt immense pride seeing how far this chapter has come — a remarkable journey of more than three years, built on vision, mentorship, and collective effort.
From its inception, RMB Udaipur has been committed to creating a platform where entrepreneurs and professionals can grow together. Over these years, I have personally witnessed how this fellowship has empowered young, budding entrepreneurs, given them visibility, connected them with mentors, and opened doors to meaningful business opportunities. In a city like Udaipur, where talent is abundant but platforms are few, RMB has become a catalyst for confidence, collaboration, and growth.
I began my address by acknowledging the leadership team — President Ajay Lodha ji, Vice President Pushkar Choudhary ji, Secretary Raksha Arora — and all the dynamic members who make RMB Udaipur such a powerful platform. But the story of this chapter cannot be told without honouring the pillars who shaped its foundation.
Charter President Naveen Ji Vaishnav has played an extraordinary role in establishing RMB Udaipur. His clarity of vision and disciplined leadership ensured that this chapter began with strength, structure, and purpose.
Senior Rotarian Ritu Ji Vaishnav has been a guiding force throughout this journey. Her mentorship, encouragement, and steady presence have shaped the culture of this fellowship and inspired countless young professionals to step forward with confidence.
I also want to appreciate Vaibhav Sharma and Puneet Gakhreja, whose consistent efforts, organisational strength, and commitment to growth have ensured that RMB Udaipur continues to rise year after year. Their contribution to expanding the network and fostering meaningful business connections has been invaluable.
During my speech, I shared a small anecdote — a story of a hardworking entrepreneur who struggled alone until he found a network that believed in him. His product didn’t change, his effort didn’t change — only his support system changed. And that changed everything.
Akele chalne se manzil nahi milti;
saath chalne se raasta khud roshan ho jaata hai.”
RMB Udaipur is a shining example of what happens when people walk together.
As District Governor 2027–28, I also felt proud to see how beautifully RMB carries forward Rotary’s core philosophy — Service Above Self — into the world of enterprise
The LT 7.0 Awards honoured members who demonstrated outstanding performance and contribution. And as I said on stage — “Excellence is not a destination; it is a continuous journey.”
The evening was filled with applause, inspiration, and meaningful conversations. It wasn’t just an award night — it was a reminder of what collective progress looks like.
I left the venue with a full heart, grateful for the warmth, the fellowship, and the opportunity to witness RMB Udaipur’s remarkable journey — and its growing impact on Udaipur’s entrepreneurial landscape.
